Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Next Player Community. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to use the service in your location. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, cheat, distribute malware, evade safety controls, or use the service for illegal activity. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. We may restrict or remove accounts and content that violate these rules.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Next Player Community a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the features you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to upload your content.

Squads, ratings, and external games

Squad recommendations, reputation scores, ratings, match records, and room information may be incomplete or user-reported. Next Player Community helps players connect but does not operate or control Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, PC games, or their game servers. Follow each platform’s rules.

Service availability

The application is under active development. Features may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. We may modify or discontinue features when needed for safety, security, or operation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for conduct between users, external gaming services, lost game progress, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements.
