This policy explains how Next Player Community collects, uses, and protects information when you use our gaming social platform.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, encrypted password information, Next Player Tag, profile details, linked gaming handles, favorite games, squad preferences, posts, messages, friend connections, game-group activity, ratings, and match results that you choose to provide.
We may also collect basic technical information needed for security and operation, including session identifiers, request timestamps, IP-derived security signals, browser information, and service logs.
How we use information
- Create and secure your account.
- Send requested verification and account-service emails.
- Provide squad matching, recent groups, messaging, community posts, ratings, and Gamer Passport records.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unsafe behavior.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How we share information
Profile and community information is shared according to the features you use. We use service providers such as Amazon Web Services to host data and deliver the application. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Data retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections, password hashing, and service monitoring, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update profile information in Gamer Passport. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children
Next Player Community is not directed to children under 13. Users who are not old enough to consent to data processing in their location must use the service only with authorization from a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy as the application develops. The effective date above will change when material updates are published.
