Email Policy
Effective July 26, 2026
Next Player Community uses email for transactional account security only. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, purchased-list campaigns, or cold outreach.
Emails we send
- Email verification codes requested during account signup.
- Password reset codes requested by the account owner.
- Important account or security notices related to your use of the service.
Sender identity
Production account emails are sent from verify@nextplayercommunity.com. The nextplayercommunity.com domain is configured for authenticated sending.
Abuse prevention
Signup, resend-code, login, and password-reset actions are rate limited by email address and source IP. Verification and reset codes expire. Users should never share passwords or verification codes with anyone.
Bounces and complaints
We monitor email delivery health. Email addresses that bounce or generate complaints may be suppressed or removed from future sending. We use this information only to protect the service and maintain safe delivery practices.
